Eligibility for Returns

- The item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- A mandatory unboxing video is provided as proof.
Please note: Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process any return or exchange request.
Return Window
- Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, you may opt for an exchange. Our customer care team will work with you to arrange a prompt replacement.
